REFUND POLICY
At MindKnot Labs, we value transparency and fairness. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all members and participants. 📅 Memberships & Subscriptions Full refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase, provided no in-club or app-based activity has been recorded. After 7 days, refunds are not available for partially used memberships. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but the current billing period remains active until its end. 🎫 Event Bookings Refunds for single-day or one-time events are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency (proof may be required). If MindKnot Labs cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or event credit, as preferred. 🧠Workshops & Team Sessions Refunds for group sessions (corporate/school packages) are issued up to 5 days in advance of the booking date. Custom-designed packages may include a non-refundable deposit—details are shared before payment. 📦 Merchandise & Goods Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, item must be unused and in original condition. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after item receipt. Digital goods (e.g. downloadable puzzles or app content) are non-refundable.
